Whether you want a traditional Welsh roast, internationally-inspired canapés, a summery BBQ, or something completely different - we’ll dish it up to sizzling perfection.

Wedding Menu 2

Starter

  • Panko breaded chicken with a chilli and mango dip
  • Prawn and crayfish served with baby gem leaves and a ‘Bloody Mary’ sauce
  • Creamy garlic mushrooms served on toasted brioche

Main

  • Duo of roast pork loin and belly, served with a wholegrain mustard mash and a caramelised apple and cider jus
  • Roast beef with Owain Glyndwr puddings and roast potatoes
  • Fillet of sea bream with crushed new potatoes and salsa verde
  • Seasonal risotto (v)

Dessert

  • Apple and caramel tart served with vanilla ice cream
  • Deconstructed Eton mess with Chantilly cream
  • Chocolate and raspberry brownie served with clotted cream
  • Sticky toffee pudding with salted caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream

Starter

  • Wild mushroom risotto served with a parmesan crisp and Truffle oil
  • Slow roasted garlic and thyme pork belly served with crushed peas and crispy black pudding
  • Baked scallops served with cauliflower puree, samphire and carmarthen ham crisp
  • Crab cakes with a chilli and lime sauce

Main

  • Fillet of Welsh beef, fondant potato, thyme roasted baby vegetables and a red wine jus
  • Rump of lamb, parsnip purée, buttered greens and a redcurrant jus
  • Red pepper and halloumi tartlet with green pesto and a wild rocket and pine nut garnish
  • Lemon and parmesan crusted halibut with colcannon mash, heritage carrots and beurre blanc

Dessert

  • Hot chocolate fondant with raspberry sorbet
  • Trio of lemon meringue, dark chocolate orange torte and prosecco sorbet
  • Vanilla crème brûlée server with all butter shortbread
  • Passionfruit pavlova served with a mango sorbet
